August Landelius – Float
Float is August Landelius debut EP and his most soulful project this far.
The Swedish producer and singer finds with this work an organic sound that distinguishes from his other, more techno/house- based projects Alan Delius and Yoko Duo.
The EP has a musical exterior built of contemporary electronica by the likes of Jai Paul and Chet Faker.
The work as a whole rests on a much more ageless sound though, sprung from soul/RnB and subtle Swedish jazz melodies.
